This role is responsible for ensuring the office and organization run with discipline, structure, and full compliance.
You will drive execution, documentation control, and workflow standards across all departments - ensuring operations are organized, audit-ready, and properly managed.
This is a hands-on, control-focused role, not a passive admin position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Office Operations & Control
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth, structured workflow
- Maintain a professional, organised, and efficient office environment
- Ensure proper communication flow and reporting discipline
Compliance & Governance (Core Role)
- Enforce SOP, KPI, and company policy compliance
- Ensure all documents follow correct format, approval flow, and filing system
- Maintain audit-ready documentation at all times
Task Coordination & Execution
- Support tracking of company-wide tasks and deadlines
- Ensure departments follow through on assigned deliverables
- Highlight delays, gaps, and execution issues early
Documentation & System Management
- Manage SOP master list, KPI records, reports, and approvals
- Ensure version control, signed documents, and proper storage
Cross-Department Coordination
- Work closely with Operations, Sales, Kitchen, HR, and Finance
- Ensure clear instructions and proper follow-through
- Support alignment across departments
Office Standards & Process Improvement
- Drive structured ways of working across teams
- Identify recurring issues and improve processes
- Ensure consistency in reporting and execution
Discipline & Escalation
- Monitor missed deadlines and incomplete work
- Flag issues to management when required
- Support a no-delay, no-confusion working culture
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in Office Manager / Operations / Admin / Coordination role
- Strong in documentation control, process management, and coordination
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
