Office Manager cum Legal Secretary supporting daily legal operations and office administration in a fast-paced law firm environment.
Responsibilities
- Support lawyers by managing daily operational tasks to ensure smooth legal processes
- Perform office administration and reception duties to maintain efficient office workflow
- Track disbursements and process billing by issuing bills and receipts accurately
- Manage payments and banking transactions to maintain financial accuracy
- Conduct legal and property searches to support case preparation
- Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy cause papers and legal documents for easy retrieval
- Prepare monthly accounting reports to assist financial oversight
- Execute other assignments as delegated to support firm operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- GCE A Level or Law Diploma or higher educational qualification
- Proficient in eLitigation, Microsoft Office, CoreMatter, and PDF applications for legal and administrative tasks
- Prior experience working in a law firm environment is advantageous
