(a MAS-licensed CMS holder permitted to carry out, inter alia, brokerage and custody services), MetaComp introduces its suite of services through CAMP (Client Assets Management Platform) which allow businesses to develop and scale their digital asset offerings through various products and/or services such as over-the-counter transactions, fiat payments, digital asset custody and prime brokerage.

Role Overview

The Admin Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative and office operations while also serving as the primary front-desk and receptionist contact for the company. This role requires a professional, service-oriented individual who is comfortable being the first point of contact for visitors, partners, and vendors, while also managing core corporate administrative responsibilities.

This is a hands-on role suited for a startup environment where ownership, responsiveness, and attention to detail are critical.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Front-Desk Duties

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, partners, and vendors
  • Manage front desk operations, including visitor registration, access passes, and meeting room coordination
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain a welcoming, professional office reception environment aligned with the company's brand

Office & Inventory Management

  • Oversee daily office operations, facilities, and workspace needs
  • Manage office supplies, pantry, equipment, and asset inventory
  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and service providers
  • Ensure office health, safety, and cleanliness standards are met

Corporate Administration

  • Maintain corporate records and administrative documentation
  • Coordinate with corporate secretarial firms, landlords, auditors, and external service providers
  • Support management and board meetings (logistics, materials preparation, coordination)

Vendor & Cost Management

  • Manage admin-related vendors and service contracts
  • Track administrative expenses and support budget control
  • Process invoices and work with Finance on timely payments

Employee Support & Internal Operations

  • Support onboarding and offboarding from an admin perspective (badges, equipment, access, workspace)
  • Act as the go-to person for internal administrative matters
  • Support internal events, townhalls, and company activities

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in office administration, receptionist, office management, or operations roles
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Prior experience performing receptionist or front-desk duties is required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or regulated environments is a strong advantage
