We are seeking a highly organized and experienced professional to manage the seamless day-to-day operations of our client's local office.
Job Scope
- Lead management of day-to-day office administration, facilities, maintenance, and security protocols.
- Oversee and streamline administrative workflows, including procurement, vendor management, and records.
- Assist with local regulatory compliance, expense monitoring, and serving as the local liaison for HR and external suppliers.
- Coordinate and manage administrative support staff and foster a professional office environment.
Requirements
- Possess a Diploma or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of direct experience as an Office Manager or Senior Administrator preferably within a law firm or legal environment.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
