Job Description

. Support on the office model and space optimization review projects.

. Involved in the new agency office space fitting out & reinstatement projects.

. Assist in agency office space maintenance support.

. Provide operational support to the stakeholders.

. Assist in the preparation of project paper, budget monitoring & payment & reporting exercises.

. Coordinate in the facility management.

Learning Outcome

. Hands‑on involvement across the full life cycle of office fit‑out projects, from planning and design to construction, coordination, and handover.

. Practical facilities management experience, working closely with experienced professionals to learn how modern workplaces are operated and optimized.

. Exposure to real industry trends, including regulatory compliance, sustainability practices, emerging technologies, and evolving workplace requirements.

. Opportunities to work with diverse stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, internal teams, and building management.

. Mentorship and guidance from sector practitioners to build confidence, skills, and career readiness.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
  • Preferably with 3 years of relevant office management experiences.
  • MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
