Job Duties
- Respond to patient enquiries and guide them in navigating healthcare services.
- Provide mobility assistance, including wheelchair support, when required.
- Identify and assist patients at risk of falls issue masks and perform temperature checks for patients with flu-like symptoms or fever.
- Educate and encourage patients on the use of self-service kiosks and mobile health applications.
- Assist with or carry out basic patient measurements such as height, weight, and blood pressure.
- Support patients with wayfinding and general information requests.
- Assist eligible patients in completing medical questionnaires when needed
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE N / O Levels
- Able to commit a minimum of 3 months
- Able to start immediately/ASAP
