Job Summary

• Job Title: Community Care Associate

• Industry: Healthcare / Social Services (Eldercare)

• Location: East region (Eunos Crescent)

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri (Rotating shifts, 44 hours/week)

Main Responsibilities

• Providing daily care support to seniors, including personal hygiene, feeding, transfers, and basic nursing assistance.

• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised environment within the centre.

• Engaging with seniors and their families to build positive relationships and monitor well-being.

• Planning and facilitating recreational and cognitive activities (e.g., games, exercise, arts) for seniors, including those with dementia.

• Supervising participation and tracking seniors activity progress and responses.

• Supporting rehabilitation exercises such as mobility training and range of motion (ROM).

• Observing and reporting any behavioural or health concerns to nursing or therapy staff.

• Assisting with basic medication support (e.g., pre-packed medication, eye drops, topical application).

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N Level or relevant certification.

• Preferably certified in Healthcare Support / WSQ Home Care or related field.

• Experience in eldercare is an advantage.

• Comfortable working closely with seniors, including those with dementia or health conditions.

• Rehabilitation or therapy-related knowledge is a plus.

• Require rotating shift work, which may include weekends, night shifts, and public holidays.
