Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including reception, meeting rooms, mail, and general office supplies.
- Oversee facilities matters such as maintenance, cleaning, security access, and vendor coordination.
- Support staff with administrative needs, including onboarding logistics and workspace setup.
- Ensure compliance with firm policies, safety standards, and confidentiality requirements.
- Liaise with building management and external service providers on office-related issues.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field.
- 3+ years pf experience in office or facilities administration, preferably in a professional services or legal environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g. Microsoft Office).
