Job Description

Cleaning Duties

  • Clean offices, workstations, and common areas on a daily basis.
  • Clean and sanitise pantries, sinks, and wash areas to maintain hygiene standards.
  • Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste properly according to waste management procedures.
  • Perform vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping of floors according to the cleaning schedule.
  • Clean meeting rooms, tables, and high-touchpoint surfaces such as door handles and switches.

Pantry & Consumables


  • Refill pantry consumables such as tissue paper, soap, and other supplies as required.

Work Procedures & Safety


  • Follow assigned cleaning schedules, work instructions, and supervisor guidance.
  • Use cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment safely and properly.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety and hygiene requirements.

Reporting


  • Report any damages, maintenance issues, or cleaning-related problems to the supervisor.
  • Inform the supervisor when cleaning supplies or materials are running low.

Qualifications


  • Basic education preferred.
  • WSQ Environmental Cleaning training is an advantage.

Experience


Preferably <3 year of experience in office or commercial cleaning.

Skills & Competencies

  • Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment.
  • Responsible and attentive to cleanliness standards.
  • Able to follow instructions and work schedules.
  • Good teamwork and communication with supervisor.
