We are looking for a responsible and reliable individual to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in
the office environment and provide refreshments (tea/coffee/water) to staff and guests. The
ideal candidate should be well-organised, efficient, and capable of working with minimal
supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning Duties:
. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors daily.
. Dust and wipe all surfaces, desks, tables, and office furniture.
. Clean windows, doors, and glass partitions.
. Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as reception, meeting rooms, pantry, and
corridors.
. Sanitise washrooms regularly and ensure they are stocked with toilet paper, soap, and
other supplies.
. Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
Tea & Pantry Duties:
. Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments to staff and visitors.
. Ensure the pantry/kitchen area is clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
. Wash dishes and utensils after use.
. Monitor and report pantry inventory needs to the Admin/Office Manager.
Other Duties:
. Assist with simple clerical tasks or errands, if required.
. Maintain a neat and tidy appearance and behave professionally.
. Cleaning of Co-Living units around Singapore.
Requirements:
. Proven experience in a similar role is preferred.
. Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards.
. Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
. Friendly and polite demeanour.
. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks.
