Contract Duration: 10 months
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 4:00pm (inclusive of 30-minute lunch break)
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, gazetted public holidays, and during the months of June and December
Assist in answering incoming phone calls when other lines are engaged
Attend to minor student injuries (e.g. applying cold packs or plasters)
Receive and assist walk-in parents and contractors, and direct them to the appropriate staff
Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Administration Manager and School Leaders
Minimum of 3 GCE O-Level passes or equivalent qualifications
Positive attitude with a pleasant and professional disposition
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience as an Office Assistant or Receptionist at a primary school general office front counter within the past 5 years (2021-2025)
