We're Hiring: Remote Office Assistant | Based in Singapore

Location: Singapore (Remote / Work From Home)

Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time / Contract

Level: Entry-Level / Administrative Support

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to support a team from your home office We're looking for a Remote Office Assistant to help keep our virtual workspace efficient and coordinated all while based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative and clerical support to various teams

Manage digital filing, document organization, and data entry

Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with virtual coordination

Prepare basic reports, letters, and emails

Monitor shared inboxes and route communication appropriately

Support HR, finance, or project coordination as needed

Requirements:

Based in Singapore with valid work authorization

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong written and verbal communication

Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Reliable internet connection and remote working setup

Nice to Have:

Prior experience in admin, office support, or virtual assistant roles

Familiarity with Slack, Zoom, Trello, or Notion

Able to manage multiple tasks or support multiple departments

Bilingual in English and Mandarin/Malay/Tamil is a plus
