- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area

- Liaise with vendors for office and pantry needs
- Organize filing systems and prepare documents when needed
- Manage payments for utilities, rental, and services
- Arrange travel bookings, schedules, and itineraries
- Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics and catering
- Provide administrative support and assist with ad hoc tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of office administration working experience.
- Proficient in MS Office.
