Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Office Administrator with IT knowledge to manage our day-to-day office operations, oversee office equipment, and maintain a well-organized, efficient working environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on responsibility and is comfortable supporting both administrative and basic IT needs.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration & Environment
- Manage daily office administrative duties and ensure smooth office operations
- Maintain office cleanliness, safety, and overall working environment
- Coordinate office supplies, pantry items, and cleaning/maintenance vendors
- Handle office facilities issues and liaise with landlords, contractors, and service providers
- Support HR and management with administrative tasks as required
Office Equipment & IT Support
- Take charge of all office equipment (computers, printers, scanners, phones, routers, etc.)
- Perform basic IT troubleshooting and first-line technical support for staff
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for system maintenance and repairs
- Assist with setup of workstations, user accounts, and office software
- Maintain inventory and asset records for IT and office equipment
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, IT, or related field
- Knowledge of ISMR
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration or similar role
- Basic IT knowledge (hardware setup, troubleshooting, office software, network basics)
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
Preferred Skills (Advantageous)
- Experience managing vendors and service contracts
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, basic networking, or office security systems
- Prior experience in SME or fast-paced office environments
