Key Responsibilities
- Create billing invoices and send them to customers
- Attend to daily emails from customers, act and reply promptly
- Assist with recording Accounts Payable / Receivable
- Other ad-hoc admin tasks when required
- Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the Management.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of office administration experience preferred fresh candidates with good attitude may be considered
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication skills, pleasant and service-oriented.
- Organised, responsible, and able to multi-task in a busy office environment.
