We are looking for Office Administrator.
Whose responsibilities include:
. Answering phone call
. Assist for WP/PP renewal, monitor for relevant expiry date & renewal
. Arrange, schedule, coordinate Training whenever request (new & renew) Dormitory check-in/out
. Able to manage relevante documents filing
. Assist for Payroll process / generate Payslip base on timesheet
. Laise with office suppliers
. Other duties in office administration matters and ad hoc as per request
. Proactive and able to work independent
Requirement:
Prefer candidate with related experience (constrution field).
