Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, handle phone calls, and manage front desk inquiries
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and professionally
- Coordinate meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and logistics
- Support HR and finance in administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure the reception area and office are presentable at all times
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Prior experience in office administration preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Organised, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
