Reporting to the Office Manager, you will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to a team of 4 to 6 stakeholders. Core duties include managing travel arrangements, expense management, overseeing various office management duties such as pantry/equipment supplies, liaising with service vendors, assisting with coordination and execution of internal and external team events.

skills and experience required

The ideal candidate is a highly experienced professional with at least 8 years of relevant secretarial or administrative experience. You should have a strong background in a fast-paced corporate environment, preferably within the financial services, consultancy, or professional services industries. We're looking for someone who is agile, proactive, and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and anticipate needs. As a strong and effective communicator, you should be ready to take on a wide range of responsibilities and make a significant impact on our small, dynamic team.
