Job Description

Report to Personal Assistant

Reception & Front Desk

  • Greet visitors and handle phone calls, emails, and general enquiries.

  • Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.

  • Serve drinks to guests.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.

Office Administration

  • Manage office and pantry supplies, equipment, and maintenance.

  • Work with vendors and service providers for office needs.

  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files print documents when required.

  • Update mailing lists and prepare labels for festive greetings.

  • Process payments for utilities, office rental, cleaning, and other invoices.

Travel Arrangements

  • Arrange flights, accommodation, and transportation.

  • Coordinate travel schedules and itineraries.

Meetings & Events

  • Coordinate logistics such as venue, catering, setup, and equipment.

  • Book meeting rooms and ensure refreshments are prepared.

General Support

  • Assist the team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

  • Handle ad hoc duties and special projects when needed.
