Greet visitors and handle phone calls, emails, and general enquiries.
Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
Serve drinks to guests.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Office Administration
Manage office and pantry supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
Work with vendors and service providers for office needs.
Organize and maintain physical and digital files print documents when required.
Update mailing lists and prepare labels for festive greetings.
Process payments for utilities, office rental, cleaning, and other invoices.
Travel Arrangements
Arrange flights, accommodation, and transportation.
Coordinate travel schedules and itineraries.
Meetings & Events
Coordinate logistics such as venue, catering, setup, and equipment.
Book meeting rooms and ensure refreshments are prepared.
General Support
Assist the team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Handle ad hoc duties and special projects when needed.
