Job Description

  • Manage office maintenance and upkeep e.g. office equipment, furniture and fittings, maintenance schedules, MCST matters, etc.
  • Manage office and pantry supplies e.g. stationery, pantry items,sourcing and purchasing. Assist with CEO's personal matters e.g. vehicle maintenance, insurance renewals, etc.
  • Receptionist duties e.g.receiving/sending out and tracking of correspondence, items.
  • Simple book keeping and handle financial transactions e.g. invoice processing, payments, receipts.
  • Cashflow management e.g. bank statement monitoring, trading statements monitoring.
  • Liaise with accounting company e.g. for monthly reports, checking of prepared accounts.
  • Liaise with company secretary on corporate sec matters.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree with relevant experiences
  • At least 5 years of working experience in fast paced admin/customer service or family office
  • Good working attitude,meticulous and eager to learn
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of service and response
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and technology savvy
  • High sense of urgency and ability to multitask
  • Highly adaptable to a loosely structured environment.
  • Office location: LowerDelta/Tiong Bahru| Mon - Fri (9:30am - 6:30pm)
