- Manage office maintenance and upkeep e.g. office equipment, furniture and fittings, maintenance schedules, MCST matters, etc.
- Manage office and pantry supplies e.g. stationery, pantry items,sourcing and purchasing. Assist with CEO's personal matters e.g. vehicle maintenance, insurance renewals, etc.
- Receptionist duties e.g.receiving/sending out and tracking of correspondence, items.
- Simple book keeping and handle financial transactions e.g. invoice processing, payments, receipts.
- Cashflow management e.g. bank statement monitoring, trading statements monitoring.
- Liaise with accounting company e.g. for monthly reports, checking of prepared accounts.
- Liaise with company secretary on corporate sec matters.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree with relevant experiences
- At least 5 years of working experience in fast paced admin/customer service or family office
- Good working attitude,meticulous and eager to learn
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of service and response
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and technology savvy
- High sense of urgency and ability to multitask
- Highly adaptable to a loosely structured environment.
