- Coordinate staff accommodation arrangements including housing, transport bookings, flight reservations, and related vendor liaison activities.
- Oversee daily office operations, workplace upkeep, and maintenance matters to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.
- Handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, furniture, and company assets while monitoring inventory and maintenance schedules.
- Track operational expenses, verify invoices, and support budget control for office-related expenditures.
- Support internal events, office improvement projects, and administrative duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- At least 2 years of experience in office administration, workplace operations, facilities coordination, or expatriate accommodation management.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Independent, resourceful, and detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
