- General office management to ensure smooth daily operation
- Procurement & Supplies - order and manage office supplies, pantry items, stationery etc. Manage vendors quotation, cost efficiency and office expenses
- Facility Coordination with external vendors (eg. IT support, cleaners, couriers, telecom)
- Manage service contracts and renewals
- Meeting and travel support
- Maintain proper filing system for contracts, reports and administrative documents
- Bank and Government errands
- Communication and coordination with oversea teams
- Provide admin support for business trips
Job Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in administrative or office management roles
- Mandarin speaking to communicate with Chinese stakeholders
- Good organization skills and high attention to details
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently
Work location at Tanjong Pagar , near MRT
5 days work (9am to 6pm)
Salary $3000 - $3500
Start work Immediately or within short notice
