- Managed policy servicing tasks including premium notices, renewals, and ensuring timely payments to maintain active coverage.
- Liaised with insurers, hospitals, and clinics to follow up on claims and support prompt processing and resolution.
- Prepared and submitted insurance and investment-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Compiled and organised policy and investment documents for client review and advisory meetings.
- Handled client inquiries via calls and emails, escalating complex issues to supervisors or account managers when required.
- Performed general administrative duties including updating client records (CKA), tracking monthly expenses, mailing documents, and supporting ad hoc tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- candidates with experience supporting insurance agents will also be considered.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
- Able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and a positive attitude.
- Comfortable in a stable work environment and keen on administrative responsibilities.
