Role Summary

We are looking for a dependable and proactive Office / Admin Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This is a flexible, part-time role suited for someone who enjoys organizing processes, supporting a team, and contributing to meaningful community initiatives.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative operations while supporting community events and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities

. Provide general administrative support across the organization

. Track and maintain records of donations

. Assist in coordination and logistics for community events

. Assist in liaising with volunteers and beneficiaries

. Support internal documentation, scheduling, and reporting

. Respond to ad hoc operational and administrative requests from the team

. Help improve workflows and processes where needed

Requirements

. Some experience in administrative, operations or office support roles

. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently

. Comfortable working remotely and communicating with a small team

. Tech-savvy with an interest in digital tools(e.g., Google Workspace, spreadsheets, forms, website, simple automation tools)

. Positive, adaptable, and willing to support where needed
