Office & Accommodation Cleaner

1. Job Scope

Office(Location - Yio Chu Kang Area)

• Wipe surface of office furniture
• Sweep/Vacuum & Mop Floor
• Wash Female & Male Toilet
• Clean Pantry
• Empty Rubbish

Staff Accommodation ( Yio Chu Kang Area & Fernvale Area )

• Laundry washing & hanging
• Ironing
• Sweep/Vacuum& Mop Floor
• Wipe table top and exterior surface
• Bathroom (floor, wall tiles, sanitary fixtures, tap fitting, shower screen, mirror and etc)
• Changing of bedding (every 2 weeks)
• Wash dishes & Kitchen wares
• Periodical cleaning of windows (interior) & ceiling fan (if any)

2. Working Hours

• Weekly 12 hours working schedule / monthly 52 hours
• Hourly Rate 34.62 SGD

3.Working Roster will be either one from below:

a) Monday Wednesday & Friday 3 hours each (8am 11am)

b) Tuesday & Friday 6 hours (8am 3pm including 1 hour lunch time)
