This role is responsible for designing and executing service-based digital & non-digital offers that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. It involves defining offer structures, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans while enabling internal teams for effective execution.
Responsibilities:
1. Offer Marketing & Portfolio Management
- Adapt global offer frameworks to local market needs, including pricing and operational strategies.
- Drive go-to-market planning with clear value propositions, launch timelines, and multi-channel execution.
- Define and position offers including Digital and Consulting services, focusing on digital twin solutions in Power domain EcoCare launch, etc
- Develop differentiated messaging and solution positioning aligned with customer needs and industry trends.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, and experts to shape and evolve the offer portfolio.
- Partner with LoB to identify gaps, define requirements, and support roadmap development
2. Sales Enablement & Campaign Execution
- Develop and maintain sales enablement materials such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and battle cards.
- Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns to promote digital twin solutions across channels (web events, social media, email).
- Lead marketing and solution support for internal and external events, webinars, and client workshops.
3. Customer & Market Insights
- Leverage customer insights, usage trends, and market feedback to refine offers.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to ensure differentiation and competitiveness.
- Provide insights to support portfolio planning, innovation, and business development, including internal communications or services offers.
- Track and report campaign performance, lead generation, and engagement metrics.
Competencies:
- Result-Oriented with Strong Business Acumen
- Experience localizing global strategies and offers to local markets
- Strong analytical skills (e.g. with Microsoft excel) experience in pricing or financing modeling
- Strong understanding of digital twin technologies and their applications in power systems and smart buildings.
- Knowledge of sustainability frameworks (e.g., LEED, ESG, Green Mark) and digitalization trends.
- Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills
- Relevant Offer Marketing experience, Product Marketing, or Commercial Strategy, preferably in services-oriented industries
