- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy as an integral member of the rehabilitation team.
- Develop individualized care plans and treatment goals for each client.
- Provide occupational therapy services for inpatient wards.
- Design and implement therapy programs for clients with dementia, psychiatric conditions, musculoskeletal, and neurological disorders.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to assess and review clients progress.
- Supervise Therapy Assistants (TAs) and volunteers in relevant areas.
- Oversee Occupational Therapists under conditional registration.
- Conduct training for Therapy Assistants and caregivers.
- Provide training and education to the team on occupational therapy-related topics.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and research projects.
