Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for adults and elderly clients through tailored occupational therapy. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in various community and residential settings.

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and develop individualized occupational therapy interventions for clients with physical, cognitive, or psychosocial challenges. Create personalized therapy goals and intervention plans that align with clients functional needs and interests. Deliver therapy services in individual or group sessions within various settings, including community, residential, and center-based environments. Provide training and guidance to caregivers to foster client independence in daily activities. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to contribute to comprehensive care planning and participate in case discussions as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy. Fully registered or eligible for registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC). Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, coupled with a proactive and positive work ethic.
