Job Description:
- Assess and identify the individual needs of clients and formulate, develop and implement appropriate individualized therapy programs
- Liaise with various disciplines involved in the rehabilitative treatment process
- Work independently and provide intervention sessions at home
- Refer clients to the respective specialists for consultation and intervention
- Facilitate discussions with caregivers and educators in schools
- Provide/organize group activities for clients
- Work closely with the AHP team involved in delivering service to clients and
- May be assigned AHPC supervisory function for senior therapist.
Job Requirement:
- Recognized Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Fully registered therapist with the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore
- Prior working experience with pediatric group is preferred
- A team player and adaptable to work in a community-based setting.
