Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic healthcare team where you will play a crucial role in enhancing patients well-being through effective occupational therapy practices.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments and establish appropriate treatment goals. Implement safe therapy procedures, re-evaluating and adjusting treatment plans as needed. Collaborate effectively with doctors and medical team members for optimal patient care. Maintain accurate and timely updates of all patient records. Engage in ongoing professional development through self-study, education presentations, case discussions, and research activities. Oversee and guide therapy assistants and students during their clinical training.

Requirements

Recognised Degree in Occupational Therapy from a reputable institution. Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth in the field. Proven ability to supervise and support junior staff effectively.
