ECON Healthcare (Asia) Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team on a casual basis. As an Occupational Therapist - Locum, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional rehabilitation services to our clients. This flexible work arrangement allows you to manage your own schedule while contributing to the wellbeing of our patients.
What you'll be doing
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based interventions to improve clients functional abilities, independence and quality of life
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care
- Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide training and education to clients, families and caregivers to support successful rehabilitation outcomes
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest practices and standards in occupational therapy
What we're looking for
- Valid registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) in Singapore
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a rehabilitation or long-term care environment
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills to tailor interventions to individual client needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, families and the multidisciplinary team
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
- Proficiency in the use of relevant documentation and assessment tools
