Since 2011, Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities (THKMC) has been serving the community with a wide range of social and welfare services. With over 90 programmes and services, we support individuals of all ages-children, families, seniors, and persons with disabilities-regardless of race, language, or religion. We reach more than 55,000 individuals across Singapore each year.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct assessments and provide individualised occupational therapy interventions for adult and elderly clients with physical, cognitive, or psychosocial challenges.
- Develop personalised therapy goals and intervention plans tailored to clients functional needs, interests, and life contexts.
- Deliver therapy through individual or group sessions in centre-based, residential, or community settings.
- Provide caregiver training and advice to promote independence in daily activities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and, where applicable, participate in case discussions to support holistic care planning.
QUALIFICATIONSRequirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Fully registered or eligible for registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore.
- Passion for working with adults and elderly clients in community, residential, and home-based settings.
- Experience in rehabilitation, eldercare, or disability-related settings is advantageous.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in adult rehabilitation are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented, with a proactive and positive work ethic.
