Ensure all projects are planned and executed safely from commencement to completion.
Analyse statistics, identify performance trends and inform and address gaps within the WSH Management System.
Conduct WSH inspections, internal audits, and risk assessments across both construction projects and operational assets
Identify hazards and recommend appropriate risk control measures and follow up on their implementation with contractors and managing agents
Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions
Plan and deliver safety training, inductions, and WSH programmes to promote a positive safety culture
Liaise with managing agents, contractors, consultants, and service providers to ensure compliance with WSH requirements
Maintain proper documentation of WSH activities, including inspections, incidents, training, and statistics, and prepare reports for management and authorities as required
Requirements:
Relevant Diploma/ Degree in Environment, Workplace Safety & Health or equivalent
Preferably with 2 year of experience in the construction industry or similar.
Possess strong knowledge of the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act and regulations.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Able to work independently with a positive attitude under a tight schedule
