Our client is Asia's fastest growing F&B company. As part of their expansion, they are looking for an O2O Performance Marketing Manager to be based in Singapore. The role will drive regional performance marketing across APAC. This role will blend strategic planning, data-driven optimization, and hands-on execution.
Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Platform Optimization
- Lead and optimize ads primarily on food delivery platforms across APAC (GrabAds, Foodpanda Ads, ShopeeFood Ads, Gojek Ads).
- Plan and execute O2O advertising strategies across delivery platforms, Meta, Google, and other paid channels.
- Drive ROAS - focused budget allocation by market, platform, store, and campaign type.
- Monitor platform ad performance, ensuring strong cost efficiency.
Daily Monitoring & Performance Management
- Track daily/weekly performance across food delivery platforms, identifying underperforming stores or campaigns.
- Troubleshoot platform ads issues such as tracking, attribution, store mapping, targeting, and creative alignment.
- Tracking of ADS Spending & maintaining regional dashboards and ensuring data accuracy across all platforms.
Experimentation & A/B Testing
- Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, store clusters, and delivery platform formats.
- Pilot new ad products launched by food delivery partners and create playbooks for scale.
- Document learnings to standardize optimization frameworks across markets.
Cross-Market Collaboration
- Partner with country marketing teams to ensure accurate setup and execution of platform campaigns.
- Provide training and best practices for GrabAds, Foodpanda Ads, and other local platform ad systems.
- Coordinate with HQ (Product, Analytics, Ops) to ensure tracking and store-level data accuracy.
Reporting & Insights
- Deliver structured weekly and monthly performance updates for leadership.
- Translate platform analytics into actionable budget and optimization recommendations.
- Ensure consistent performance measurement across all APAC markets.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in digital performance marketing, with strong exposure to ecommerce and food delivery platform advertising.
- Experience in managing campaigns on delivery platforms, marketplaces, or other digital advertising channels.
- Solid understanding of performance funnels of food delivery platforms, store-level attribution, and platform optimization levers.
- Proven track record of driving high ROAS and improving cost efficiency across campaigns.
- Experience in managing cross-channel campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok) that complement platform-level performance.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to design and run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with execution across multiple markets.
- Proficiency in Python or SQL for data analysis is a plus.
