Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role based in Singapore.

As an O-Level Physics Teaching Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging lessons aligned with the O-Level syllabus. You will play a key role in helping students build strong foundational understanding, improve problem-solving skills, and achieve academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging O-Level Physics lessons with clear explanations and structured approaches
• Design and adapt curriculum materials, worksheets, and revision resources tailored to student needs
• Guide students through exam strategies, common question types, and answering techniques
• Facilitate and lead structured practical laboratory sessions to strengthen students experimental skills, data analysis, and application of Physics concepts
• Identify student learning gaps and provide targeted support to improve understanding
• Foster a supportive learning environment that builds confidence and independent thinking
• Track student progress and provide feedback to students and parents where necessary 

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in O Level Physics (teaching experience preferred)
• Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Passion for teaching and helping students improve
• Familiarity with the Singapore O Level syllabus and exam requirements
• Ability to engage and manage students effectively in a classroom setting
• Degree or diploma in Physics, Education, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience teaching O Level or A Level Physics is highly advantageous
