Role Overview
This is a part-time, on-site role in Singapore for an O-Level Physics Teaching Specialist.
You will take ownership of delivering structured, high-quality lessons that build conceptual clarity, sharpen problem-solving, and prepare students to perform at distinction level.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clear, structured, and engaging O-Level Physics lessons aligned with the latest syllabus
- Design and refine curriculum materials, worksheets, and revision programmes
- Train students in exam strategy, question breakdown, and answering precision
- Conduct and lead practical laboratory sessions, focusing on:Experimental designData analysisApplication of concepts
- Diagnose learning gaps and implement targeted interventions
- Build a high-expectation, high-support classroom environment
- Track student progress and provide precise, actionable feedback to students and parents
What We're Looking For
- Strong academic foundation in O-Level Physics (teaching experience preferred)
- Ability to simplify complex concepts with clarity and precision
- Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development
- Familiarity with the Singapore O-Level syllabus and exam standards
- Confident classroom presence with strong student engagement skills
- Degree or diploma in Physics, Education, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience teaching O-Level / A-Level Physics is advantageous
Compensation & Structure
- Estimated: S$60 - S$120 per hour, depending on experience and class allocation
