As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated O-Level Chemistry Tuition Teacher to join our team. Fresh graduates who are adaptable, eager to learn, and receptive to feedback are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging online tuition classes for Secondary 3 and 4 students preparing for their O-Level Chemistry exams.
- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments aligned with the MOE syllabus.
- Provide personalized guidance to students based on their learning pace and academic needs.
- Maintain regular communication with parents to update them on students progress and discuss strategies for improvement.
- Monitor students performance, identify learning gaps, and tailor teaching approaches accordingly.
- Collaborate with the team to improve lesson structures and adopt new teaching methodologies.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates or undergraduates with a strong academic background in Chemistry are welcome.
- Strong passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - able to handle both parents and students confidently.
- Adaptable, keen on learning new teaching methods, and receptive to constructive feedback.
- Comfortable with online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
- Prior tutoring experience is a plus but not required - training will be provided.

- Working Hours: Lesson timings are Weekends 9am - 4:30pm, Weekdays are flexible for Marking and Answering Questions
