RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring proper storage of client's medications
- Reminds clients on taking medications
- Ensure accurate documentation of medication records
- Reports to Nurse-in-charge on clients or caregiver who require medications, medical appointments and related advise
- Take care of clients and monitor their progression
- Escorting the clients if require
- Perform CPR, AED and first aid to clients and plays an active role in emergency situations.
- Performing vital signs monitoring or checks example blood pressure, temperature and reports to Clinicians
QUALIFICATIONS- Degree in Nursing / Bachelor of Science (Nursing) / WSQ Cert in Healthcare Support (Nursing Care) / ITE Skills Certificate in Nursing
- Minimum 2 years Nursing experience
- Passion in healthcare or patient care
- Foreigner with relevant license (PRC from Philippines, etc.)
OTHER INFORMATION- Able to work well in a team environment, caring and have a passion to serve elderly.
- Knowledge of Mandarin/ Malay/ Tamil/ Dialects to interact and communicate with different races of elderly is an advantage
