Job Description

Ensuring proper storage of client's medications
Reminds clients on taking medications
Ensure accurate documentation of medication records
Reports to Nurse-in-charge on clients or caregiver who require medications, medical appointments and related advise
Take care of clients and monitor their progression
Escorting the clients if require
Perform CPR, AED and first aid to clients and plays an active role in emergency situations.
Performing vital signs monitoring or checks example blood pressure, temperature and reports to Clinicians

Qualifications

Degree in Nursing / Bachelor of Science (Nursing) / WSQ Cert in Healthcare Support (Nursing Care) / ITE Skills Certificate in Nursing
Minimum 2 years Nursing experience
Enrolled with SNB registered
Passion in healthcare or patient care
Foreigner with relevant license (PRC from Philippines, etc.)
