- Assist residents with all Activities of Daily Living
- Help with mobility, transferring, and positioning residents to prevent bedsores and ensure comfort, using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Serve meals, assist with feeding, and ensure adequate hydration based on resident care plans.
- Take and record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration) accurately and report any abnormalities.
- Provide compassionate care for residents who are incontinent.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents.
- Follow all infection control and safety protocols
Job Requirements:
- Minimum WSQ Home Care certification or relevant
- Have 2 years experience in Nursing Home or Hospital
- Working hours: 5 days work week
