- Provide basic nursing care and perform routine tasks under the supervision of registered nurses.
- Observe residents and report abnormalities to Staff Nurse
- Monitor vital signs
- Ensure personal hygiene and grooming
- Assist with administration of medication with supervision
- Provide emotional support for resident
Job Requirements:
- Minimum WSQ Home Care certification or relevant
- Have 1 year experience in handling intellectually disabled patient
- Working hours: 5 days work week
