Job Scope:
- Oversee the comprehensive care and daily well-being of residents.
- Design, implement, and evaluate a diverse calendar of therapeutic programmes and activities to enhance residents physical, social, and mental well-being.
- Conduct and document resident reviews and interviews to track progress and personalize care plans.
- Manage the Home's assets, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and the premises are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Job Requirements:
- Min GCE O level
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the social service sector
- Working Hours: Rotating Shift - Monday to Sunday
- Willing to work rotating shifts including night shift, weekends and public holidays.
