Job Summary
Take overall responsibility for delivering safe, high-quality Interim Caregiver Services (ICS) at clients homes, supervising and guiding caregivers, and coordinating care with social workers, nurses, and families.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and quality of ICS services delivered to clients in their homes by implementing and monitoring care standards
- Supervise and provide guidance to Interim Caregivers (Nursing Aides) to maintain high performance and competency
- Monitor and evaluate Nursing Aides skills and competencies to ensure effective care delivery
- Conduct care assessments and develop individualized care plans tailored to client needs
- Provide training and ongoing support to Interim Caregivers to enhance their caregiving skills
- Liaise effectively with Social Workers, Nurses, and client families to coordinate and adjust care requirements
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) as a Staff Nurse
