Nurse Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of home care nurses, providing clinical guidance and support. Manage nursing operations, including manpower planning, scheduling, and service coordination. Collaborate with healthcare partners, agencies, and organizations to ensure seamless continuity of care. Engage in community projects that promote active learning and ageing. Conduct regular performance check-ins with nursing staff to ensure quality and operational efficiency. Ensure adherence to nursing standards and regulatory requirements. Participate in multidisciplinary discussions and case coordination. Assist in process improvements and the implementation of community care programs. Attend necessary meetings and engage with community and healthcare partners.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with valid registration. Prior leadership or supervisory experience in nursing operations is preferred. Experience in acute care or hospital settings is highly regarded. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively. Ability to work independently and manage community-based nursing operations. Comfortable in engaging with external agencies, hospitals, and multidisciplinary teams.
