We are looking for a Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations within our IVF centre, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care across all fertility services. The role manages the nursing team, supports clinical governance, and works closely with doctors, embryologists, and operations teams to deliver a seamless patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the nursing team across IVF, IUI, and fertility treatment services
- Oversee daily clinic operations, staffing rosters, and manpower planning
- Ensure compliance with MOH regulations, infection control standards, and internal clinical protocols
- Support doctors and embryologists in treatment coordination, patient flow, and procedural readiness
- Monitor patient care standards, clinical documentation, and consent processes
- Handle complex patient queries, escalations, and service recovery where required
- Drive nursing competency development, training, and performance management
- Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and accreditation exercises
- Collaborate with Operations and Management on workflow optimisation and service planning
Requirements
- Registered Nurse
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing
- Minimum 10 years of nursing experience, including supervisory or managerial exposure
- Experience in IVF, O&G, women's health, or fertility services is preferred
- Comfortable managing sensitive patient interactions and high-touch care environments
- Clear communication and organisational skills
- Familiar with MOH requirements and clinic infection control standards
