Job Scope:

• Responsible for assessing, identifying, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating nursing staff's continuing education, training, and development plans.
• Adopts evidence-based approaches to plan, organize, implement, and evaluate nursing education programs.
• Contributes to the attainment of high-quality education and the production of effective, efficient, and skilled nurses who are able to respond to the health needs of our patients. The role involves overseeing programs for student nurses to acquire the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to practice nursing effectively.

Job Requirements:

. Valid SNB & BCLS

. Min. Degree in Nursing

. Post-Graduate Diploma in Education

. Min. 5-6 years of clinical nursing experience preferably with clinical teaching experience

. Dedicated with passion on teaching and nursing education.
