Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with nurses, allied health professionals, doctors, and service quality teams to identify clinical staff's learning gaps and training requirements.

Design, implement, and assess training sessions, educational programmes, workshops, and courses in collaboration with peers and colleagues.

Facilitate orientation programmes for newly hired nurses, care concierges, and visiting healthcare professionals.

Regularly assess and update nursing clinical procedures, protocols, and practice guidelines to ensure timely communication and distribution to all relevant stakeholders.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of all internal and external training sessions, educational courses, workshops, projects, and programmes.
