Responsibilities

. Monitor and incorporate changes in aged care training and education across community services, government bodies, and inter-organisational partnerships.

. Work collaboratively with nurses, allied health professionals, physicians, and quality service teams to assess learning gaps and identify training needs among clinical staff.

. Conduct regular evaluations and updates of nursing procedures, clinical protocols, and practice guidelines to maintain compliance with regulatory clinical care standards.

. Engage in ongoing discussions with clinical staff to review and refine educational programs and training workshops.

. Stay informed about advancements in nursing and clinical practices by consulting evidence-based literature and current research.
